How far to the right is the Tea Party, in Jerome Corsi's mind anyway

Corsi later said in his video that the media tried to please the left and that Fox News was “packed with leftist commentators.” He warned the news network that they were in danger of losing their core conservative audience.
This is arguably to the right of the John Birch Society aka Koch Bros. (Their father, Fred C. Koch, was a founding member of the JBS, and "the boys" are carrying on the family tradition.)

The post also contains Corsi's latest conspiracy theory about Obama. You may remember Corsi as the originator of birtherism.

"Corsi as the originator of birtherism"

I thought that was Hilary's people and Corsi glommed onto it?

That said, Corsi does trade in some far out stuff. He is/was a regular poster at World Net Daily.

Matt, Corsi wrote the book on the conspiracy theory, which the publisher later pulled, IIRC. It may have been a rumor before that.

Isn't Corsi the guy who sets up web sites, writes made-up things on those sites, then quotes his own web sites in his books so he can then footnote the crazy things he writes as if they are scholarly.

There was some article that checked some right wing author's footnotes and found like over 33% went back to sites the author controlled. For example, the book would write about a Kenyan doctor saying he delivered Obama in Kenya then the footnote for the evidence would link back to one of that author's websites with none of the stuff supported there other than being opinion/made-up.

I think the author was Corsi.
