All the time and energy we waste on the needless and dangerous boom-bust cycle is disgusting. Money supplies should ONLY increase which means they should not be lent into existence. Fiat can easily accommodate that requirement since the monetary sovereign can and should run continuous deficits. As for endogenous money, let the private sector find ways to induce people to voluntarily accepted its money rather than be allowed to drive people into debt with what is essentially a government-backed/enforced counterfeiting cartel.
