Social Economics of The Drone Wars

The Drone Wars may soon be a far worse socio-economic mistake than even the Phillipine-American War. We're "running out of money" to do anything but bomb foreign countries? Hmmm. Ounces of prevention, or repair by tons of bombing. Why is that STILL a question? And why is only one answer allowed?
