Editorial — Corbyn’s foreign policy speech reveals his principled commitment to achieving peace

It is not Corbyn who “shares platforms with Middle Eastern fanatics,” as the Daily Mail accuses — it is Theresa May, who sucks up to the world’s biggest sponsor of Islamist terror, Saudi Arabia, the land where conversion from Islam is punished by death, where women are stoned to death and where people still have their heads chopped off for “sorcery.”
It was not Corbyn who backed the provision of logistical assistance and weapons to religious extremists seeking to overthrow the Libyan government, or later the Syrian — it was the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats, with shameful collusion from too many on Labour’s benches.…

Well it's good to see a leftie who is not too happy with stoning adulterers. Normally lefties try to tell us how "culturally enriched" we are by female genital mutilators, beheaders, cartoonist murderers, etc.

That's not the left I know. I know the press misinformed the public about the Rotherham case. I can't find the article that explains it better. It was on my phone but it is now gone. But a group of Pakistani criminals were abusing young girls of all races, but the press only mentioned white girls. These girls were always in trouble with the police with petty crime and drugs. They were problem girls. The police made mistakes and didn't take seriously that they were being abused, they just saw them as bad girls involved with the wrong crowd. The Rotherham council made the same mistake, and this included conservative councillors.

I'm part of the left that is not keen on open border multiculturalism. I think the left have to wake up to this. We not racists, which is ugly, but there has to be balance and thought. A culture that is totally alien to ours can't be allowed to gain a footing.

But the head chopping jihadists are supported by Western, which means Conservative, establishment. If we had supported liberal democracies in the ME none of this world have happened. If we had supported liberal democracies throughout the world allowing nations to own their own resources and and so they would be richer, there wouldn't be such a big push for mass immigration to the West, which the neoliberals, ie, the big corporations, were so keen on.

I know this is all black and white, the oil rich ME, without our history and progress, was always at risk of being controlled by bandits and crooks, but the West should have supported liberal democracies.
