SouthFront — Nearly 1,000 US Troops in Syria Are Currently Under Attack by Russians

The fight for the Syrian oiil fields begins.
Never letting the nuisance that is the law get in the way of the American military, it seems as though the U.S. may continue pursuing this strategy, which will ultimately bring the American air force and the Russian air force together to bomb the same territory with complete polar opposite intentions while supporting rival forces on the ground.
This is easily one of the biggest geopolitical events in recent times, taking place right under our very noses. Yet it is not even headline news on any of the corporate media outlets’ home pages right now (seriously, check for yourself).

Meanwhile, as seen in the above Murasalon map, the Syrian Army are pushing their offensive against ISIS directly to oilfields they control. This is in the hope to reach the oilfields before the US-backed forces do so, who only launched their operations in Deir Ezzor once the Syrian Army made rapid progress against the terrorist group.

The munnie??? Those oil fields are owned by Syria. They are Syrian national resources. Why does the US think it has any claim whatsoever on them? Why shouldn’t Syria rush to secure their land?

The US would do it if there were some foreign country rushing to claim the oil fields in Texas or the shale fields in the Dakotas. Ditto our agricultural and technological resources.

Gives the lie to DJT's BS about national sovereignty at the UN.

The US always had its sights on the oil. This is the ONLY reason that the US in the region other than Israel, of course. But the plan is for Israel to dominate the region and secure the natural resources there for the US. So these two are intertwined.
